Pre-move Consultation:
Your Crown Consultant will discuss all the important issues related to your move, including how your items will be packed and transported, all your storage requirements, arrangements for your pets and vehicles and your preferred moving dates.

On the Packing Day:
The Crown Crew will arrive at the agreed time and the Crew Supervisor will confirm with you the details agreed during the pre-move consultation.

The Crew will set up the Crown Colour Locator System to keep your household organised at both ends of the move; the Crew Supervisor will prepare a detailed packing inventory as each item is carefully wrapped and loaded.

All Crown crews are professionally trained and have an average of 12 years experience packing people's precious belongings.

It’s been proven that support for children involved in a move makes all the difference in whether or not an overseas relocation is a success. This led Crown to develop colourful children’s guides, written by expatriate children around the world.

As the date of departure approaches, children can also pack their belongings in kid-size cartons shaped like Crown’s red trucks. Special address books and moving diaries further engage the youngest members of the family.

Delivery:
Because of our extensive network of offices, the promises we make you before you leave will be carried out by our destination office. On delivery day the Colour Locator System will be used to place your belongings in the correct room of your new home and the inventory sheet will be ticked off as items are unpacked. At the end of the day the crew will take with them all packing debris.
